Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome

Acquire knowledge to recognize, assess and manage the risks from HAV in the workplace, specifically producing vibration risk assessments, developing vibration control action plans and understanding the role of health surveillance.

Abrasive Wheels

Employees who may be required to use an abrasive wheel in the workplace need to be competent in the safe mounting of abrasive wheels and disks on portable machinery and be familiar with the legislation.
